This vacuum chuck is designed from a combination of Oneway plans, Brad Adam's own design & on-the-spot adaptations. Parts were purchased from McMaster, Harbor Freight & Ace Hardware, however there are many other available resources.
Vacuum gauge assembly
(parts as follows).
The tool rest banjo is used as the holder for the gauge assembly. A one-inch post turned from some hardwood was epoxied into the plywood. The flange was used to secure the gauge assembly to the plywood. For details and pictures, Click Here.
